Mr. Donald D. Casson, Jr.

CEO, and Co-founder

Don Casson is CEO, and Co-founder of Evergreen Systems Inc. Don has more than 17 years of experience in leading, building, managing, and operating technology companies. He has led market development and shaped the technical direction of business units focused on internal and call center solutions, network management systems, complex networks, and workflow/document management solutions.

Before co-founding Evergreen, Don was Executive Vice President and the third employee of Global Management Systems, Inc. (GMSI). During Don's five-year tenure, GMSI grew from 3 employees to 175 employees and more than $17 million in annual revenues. Inc. Magazine recognized these efforts by listing the company in the top 100 on their list of the 500 fastest growing, privately held firms in the U.S. Don is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.

Mr. Clay F. Flory

President and Co-Founder
 
Clay serves as President of Evergreen Systems and steers the day-to-day operations of the company, including its contracts and finances, business planning and back office operations. He brings a long history and successful track record of founding and growing companies. Under his leadership, net.works, known as NDW Corporation, was merged with Evergreen Systems in 2008, doubling the size, revenues and product portfolios of both companies.

Clay co-founded NDW Corporation and developed it from a start-up with two engineers into a national technical IT consulting company, largely by leveraging his background in Business Finance and his entrepreneurial skills.

Prior to NDW, Clay served as VP of Finance and co-owner of a national insurance company MGA, with multiple agencies across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Instrumental in growing that business from a start up to more than 400 employees, with revenues of over $100 million per year, Clay left the insurance business in 1996 to start NDW Corporation.
 

Mr. Sean P. Dougherty

Executive Vice President of Consulting and Co-Founder
 
Sean is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Evergreen’s Professional Services Division and ensuring the proper delivery of services to our customers through effective management of consulting resources. Sean manages Evergreen's practice areas, that include process consulting in ITIL and other IT best practice improvements, ITAM and Asset Management and Software Support.  Sean's team works closely to combine Evergreen's process consulting deliverables with the industry’s best technologies, practices and standards and focuses on tailoring each assignment to the client's environment.

Sean brings his 11 years of experience in both sales and delivery as an executive and co-founder of NDW Corporation, where his leadership was responsible for the company's domination of the HP Client Automation technology sector.  Prior to NDW, Sean founded Black Diamond Consulting, a practice of engineering consultants who focused on Internet Security policies and technologies for mid to large sized businesses.

Before starting his own consulting firms, Sean worked as a Senior Consultant for an international consulting firm with a primary focus on developing security solutions for Internet banking.
 
Sean attributes some of his core competencies to the skills that he developed in the United State Marine Corps.
 

Mr. Joseph W. Koester

Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Joe has over 12 years experience in leading customers through infrastructure improvements, helping them focus specifically on business process management as an effective way to realize business value. As an Evergreen Vice President, Joe is charged with managing and growing Evergreen's Business Consulting Practice, a practice responsible for bringing industry best practices and ITIL standards to our customer's IT environments.

Joe is an expert in the processes and technologies required to implement integrated problem, asset, and change solutions. Serving in previous roles as head of delivery, consultant, project manager, and business development manager, Joe has a broad base of experience he leverages in providing world-class solutions to Evergreen customers.

Before joining Evergreen, Joe served as Customer Service Manager for Companion Technologies, a technology company focused on delivering IT solutions to the health care market. While at Companion, Joe ran their national service operations.

A University of North Carolina alumnus, Joe has a degree in Business Administration.
 

Ms. Pat Kelly

Executive Vice President Finance
 
Pat has more than 27 years of experience in public and corporate accounting and finance. She brings a broad background in day-to-day operations, financial planning and organizational restructuring to her work at Evergreen, where she was actively involved in its 2008 merger with net.works.

For the past 21 years, Pat has held various senior-level finance and management positions. Before joining Evergreen in 2000, she served as the Controller for Transaction Network Services, Inc, a public company with over 100M in revenue. Prior to TNSI, she held three positions at Fortune Telecommunications, Inc: General Manager, V P Finance and CFO. During her employment at Fortune, she played a key role in growing the company from Chapter 11 reorganization to a viable company, tripling the customer base and the revenue base with no staff increases. She was actively involved in its merger with TNSI in 1994.

Pat also has extensive experience in reorganizations, as she was the Controller for White Motors Reorganization Trust for 5 years. She had primary treasury responsibility for $15M in undistributed funds and she played a key role in the sale and liquidation of its multi-billion dollar assets.

Pat has a Bachelors degree from Indiana University in Pennsylvania.
 

Mr. Jason Whitesides

Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions
 
As EVP of Enterprise Solutions, Jason works with Evergreen's lead Architects and Process consultants to understand the needs and demands placed on today's IT department and then develps programs and initiatives that transform and automate their operations.
 
Jason previously managed Evergreen's technical services teams and focused on integrating solutions that yield a maximum return on client's investments in services and technology.  With over 15 years experience in the optimization of IT systems, Jason has managed the deployment of over 50 enterprise level projects.  In his former position at net.works (NDW), Jason managed the service organization and built the NDW services team to the largest certified team in the client automation space.
 
Jason joined NDW Corporation in 1998 after working for Keylabs and Novell and is an alumnus of Brigham Young University.
